INSTIGATE TRAINING CENTER
Instigate Training Center conducts training courses for engineers in Project Management, Production Systems and Quality Management Systems, IT infrastructure configuration and management, SW and HW development tools and technologies. It was founded in 2005 by Instigate cjsc as a training division for new hires, and was spun-out in 2008 into an NGO with broader range of provided trainings and services, including basic programming skills, working with schools and universities, participating in joint projects that help to improve IT sector. In October 2011 it was re-organized into a foundation. From 260+ graduates together, more than 60% found their jobs at Instigate cjsc and other companies. More than 70% of Instigate employees are graduates of the Instigate Training Center, including the high level management and directors. Since 2006 we cooperate with Gyumri IT Center, Leadership School, IT School, conducting joint courses for IT professionals and managers. Our lecturers and trainers also work with YSU, SEUA, RAU and other universities and institutions providing lectures and internship on the basis of our training programs and materials. Since 2010 the Instigate Training Center has expanded operations in Vanadzor and Stepanakert with the plan to enable expansion of IT companies in those regions.
